2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of tour, accommodation, transfer, and similar travel services reserved by the Buyer through the website.

3. Preliminary Information

The basic characteristics of the purchased service (tour/hotel name, program, accommodation and room type, board basis, transportation and transfer information, inclusions and exclusions), service dates, number of participants, total price including taxes, payment method, and cancellation conditions are shown to the Buyer in the reservation summary and on the product page before the payment step. For package tours, the itinerary and duration of the trip, the nature of the accommodation facility, means of transport, tour program, minimum number of participants and the last date by which the tour can be canceled if this number is not reached, and passport and visa requirements are also included on the product page and in the reservation document.

4. Price and Payment

The service fee is the amount specified in the reservation summary and, unless otherwise stated, includes taxes. Payment is made by credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, or other methods offered on the site. Card information is not stored by the Seller; payment is made through the secure infrastructure of authorized payment institutions. For services priced in foreign currency, the Turkish Lira equivalent is calculated based on the exchange rate shown on the site at the time of payment.

5. Performance of the Service

The service is performed on the date and under the conditions specified in the reservation document. The Seller is responsible for the performance of the service in accordance with the contract and for exercising due diligence in the selection of suppliers. The Buyer is obliged to obtain passport, visa, health certificate, and other necessary documents for travel on time, to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, and to comply with the tour program. The Seller cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from the lack of these documents.

6. Changes in Contract Terms

If the Seller has to make a mandatory change to the essential elements of the contract (date, itinerary, accommodation facility, price, etc.) before the start of the trip, they will notify the Buyer without delay. In this case, the Buyer is free to accept the change or to withdraw from the contract without paying any fee and request a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for services related to accommodation, transportation, car rental, and leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period. Package tour contracts are subject to the Package Tour Contracts Regulation. Cancellation of these services is subject to the cancellation and refund conditions below.

8. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • The Buyer can always cancel their reservation before the service starts. In this case, the cancellation conditions previously notified to the Buyer on the product page and in the reservation summary will apply; the amount remaining after the deduction determined according to the cancellation date will be refunded to the Buyer.
  • For services sold as non-refundable, this is clearly communicated to the Buyer before the sale.
  • In unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at or near the travel destination that significantly affect the travel (natural disaster, epidemic, war, travel bans imposed by official authorities, etc.), the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without paying any termination fee.
  • If the Seller cancels the tour due to not reaching the minimum number of participants or due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, the full amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer.
  • Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the finalization of the cancellation, in a manner consistent with the payment method used. For card payments, the time for the refund to reflect in the account depends on the practices of the relevant bank.

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@konseytur.com.tr or by calling 0332 350 41 00, stating the reservation number.

The Seller is responsible for damages arising from the non-performance or improper performance of the service, within the framework of the provisions of the relevant legislation. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the Buyer's own fault, actions of third parties not included in the service, or extraordinary circumstances that could not be foreseen and prevented. Defects noticed during the trip should be reported to the Seller or tour guide as soon as possible.

10. Personal Data

The personal data of the Buyer and participants are processed within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons specified in the KVKK Clarification Text.
