Explicit Consent Text

Your explicit consent is requested by Konsey Tur Seyahat Acentası Belge No: A7828, acting as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), for the operations specified below. Nature of Explicit Consent

  • Giving explicit consent is entirely voluntary. Not giving consent does not prevent you from making a reservation or benefiting from the service you purchased in any way.
  • Your consent is obtained separately for each operation; consent given for one operation does not cover others.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving any reason, and free of charge. Withdrawal takes effect for subsequent operations.

1. Marketing and Commercial Electronic Communications

I give explicit consent for the processing of my name, surname, phone number, e-mail, and past reservation/preference information for the purpose of promoting campaigns, discounts, new tours, and opportunities, preparing personalized offers, and conducting satisfaction surveys, and for commercial electronic communications to be sent to me via e-mail, SMS, phone, and instant messaging applications within this scope. 2. Analytical and Marketing Cookies and Transfer Abroad

I give explicit consent for the processing of my cookie, device, and interaction data related to my website usage for the purpose of analyzing site usage, measuring advertising activities, and displaying advertisements tailored to my interests, and for its transfer to service providers located abroad (Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Meta Platforms Inc., OpenAI LLC) for this purpose, within the scope of KVKK Art. 9. This consent is obtained separately via the cookie preference screen and can be changed at any time from the Cookie Preferences link.

3. Special Categories of Personal Data

I give explicit consent for the processing of special categories of my personal data, such as health status, disability, medication use, or dietary preferences, which I voluntarily provide during reservation, solely for the purpose of meeting my needs during my trip, and for sharing this data with the relevant accommodation facility, tour operator, and transportation company for this purpose. Providing this information is not mandatory.

Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw your consent by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, the opt-out option in our SMS messages, the Communication Management System (iys.org.tr), the “Cookie Preferences” link on our website for cookies, or by writing to info@konseytur.com.tr.
